Q: Can it be used to heat dairy products directly?

A: Yes, you can warm breastmilk, milk, and water directly with our milk warmer. As a kind reminder, we recommend not heating and storing the milk for too long to ensure its nutrition and freshness. And please clean the bottle after use.

Q: How do I clean the bottle?

A: Our bottle warmer is made with Borosilicate glass and is easy to clean. Use a soft sponge to rinse and clean inside the bottle gently.

We also recommend doing a deep cleaning once a month, and here's how: twist counterclockwise to remove the glass body and silicone padding from the bottle. Wash the glass bottle thoroughly, once dry, screw back the glass with silicone padding tightly to the bottom of the bottle for the next use.

Q: How to adjust the temperature?

A: Press"+" to increase the temperature, and press "-" to lower the temperature.

Q: Can I use it while it is charging:

A: Fully charge the water warmer before use and do not use it while charging. When below 15% battery, it will enter power saving mode.
